A comprehensive physical prototype to test the manufacturing process, airflow, and monitor fluid behavior using an acrylic window.

A machine used to simulate oil mist seen in a CNC machine during operation, and an outlet of a certain dimension to measure the air flow rate.

Validated airflow performance using a digital anemometer. Recorded 554.3 CFM, improving airflow by 14.3 CFM compared to the previous design.

Disassembled and inspected the unit after testing to evaluate durability and locate hidden leak paths. Failure only occurred under extreme frame deformation, and the self-assisted leakage system worked as designed.

After testing Prototype 1, revisions were implemented based on performance results and build feedback, and the unit was remanufactured and retested as Prototype 2.

Torsional Stiffness Optimization

Analyzed chassis torsional stiffness under cornering loads and optimized tube member orientation to maximize stiffness, improving suspension modelling accuracy.

During an FSAE endurance autocross event, I identified a throttle cable failure caused by a burr on the pedal box and re-routed the cable to restore safe throttle actuation without a replacement part on hand, allowing us to complete the competition.

A low-cost support device for people with balance or standing difficulties. It simulates the feeling of holding onto a person to help rebuild strength and muscle memory for standing on their own. Made to be adjustable and customizable for each individual user.

Developed the manufacturing and order of operations for Aeroex Technologies’ largest purchase order to date by prioritizing certain part production to ensure smooth post-processing and assembly.

Assembled and helped develop the manufacturing process of electrical control units to be included with all orders.
